Cristian holds an LLB in European and English law and an LLM in Banking and Finance law from Queen Mary, University of London. He worked as a judicial assistant at the UK Court of Appeal and in the litigation team of an international oil and gas company in London. His focus is on writing clear documents in plain English. Cristian drafts company documents such as company constitutions, subscriptions, shareholder, joint venture agreements and other service agreements. Cristian is admitted as an advocate in Sarawak, Malaysia.
